Award-winning actress Dianne Wiest is gearing up to make debut on the
London stage in June (04) .
Although no deals have been signed, Wiest, 55, hopes to star in a new play
by KATHLEEN TOLAN, provisionally titled THE MEMORY HOUSE.
Wiest, who won Best Supporting Actress OSCARs for Hannah and Her Sisters
and Bullets Over Broadway, is likely to be directed by PETER GILL of the OUT OF
THE BLUE THEATRE COMPANY.
Other American stars treading the West End boards this year (04) include
Luke Perry, Alyson Hannigan and Gillian Anderson.
