After abstaining throughout the nine-month pregnancy, Richards has lasted just another five months after baby SAM was born - even though new mothers are advised to breastfeed for at least the first year after birth, to help combat disease.
She explains, "I felt like I was still pregnant. I still had to watch what I ate. I couldn't have a cocktail, which I was dying for after being pregnant nine months."17/09/2004 17:18
