Denise Richards has no problem making time to take care of her daughters and Brooke Mueller's sons while filming for her new ABC Family show 'Twisted' because they are her top priority.
Denise Richards' kids are her top priority.
The 42-year-old actress - who has daughters Sam, nine, and Lola, seven, from her marriage to Charlie Sheen, and adopted little girl Eloise, 23 months - has temporary custody of the 'Anger Management' star's twins, Bob and Max, while their mother Brooke Mueller is in rehab for the 20th time but says she has no problem juggling the children with filming for her new ABC Family show 'Twisted'.
She told UsMagazine.com: ''I'm on an ensemble show so, I'm not in every scene. I have days off and I go in for a couple of hours and shoot one or two scenes, so that's great for a working parent.
''You just figure it out because you don't have a choice. You have these children depending on you. You prioritise. I had children because I want to be a parent and I want to be there for them, and the time goes by quickly.''
The actress also praised her own father Irv Richards for helping her look after so many children.
She said: ''I'm very lucky that I can count on him when I have to leave town for a day or so. I think it's important to have grandparents be close to the children.''
