Singer Demi Lovato still needs constant support to stop her from slipping back to the issues that sent her to rehab a year ago.
The teenager was throwing up at least five times a day and cutting herself as she battled a string of depression and anxiety issues - and she snapped while on tour in South America with the Jonas Brothers.
A frail Lovato spent three months in rehab and now feels a lot better about life - but she still needs friends and advisors to help her stay focused on her recovery.
She tells TV show Access Hollywood Live, "Just yesterday, I needed support; I was having to try on clothes that were made for a model's body and not for a girl with a healthy body, and I was like, 'I don't know what to do'.
"I texted a bunch of people, I texted somebody that stays with me all the time to make sure that I stay healthy... I have a huge support system."
