British actor David Tennant has dismissed speculation Rhys Ifans will replace him in hit British sci-fi series Doctor Who - because he is not quitting. The Notting Hill star was considered "one of the front runners" to succeed the famous Timelord role after rumours surfaced Tennant was to quit the show in 2009. However, Tennant confirmed he was doing at least four Doctor Who specials in 2009, although there was no decision about the next series in 2010. He says, "I'm doing four more specials and beyond that no one's asked me to make any decisions and I'm quite happy to be enigmatic for as long as possible."
