Fact: Disney bosses are reteaming with David Lowery to direct a live-action Peter Pan movie. The filmmaker recently completed work on the studio's forthcoming release, Pete's Dragon, a revamped version of the popular 1977 musical, and now he and his screenwriting partner Toby Halbrooks will reunite for the classic J.M. Barrie project, reports Deadline.com. Disney previously found success with the story in its 1953 animated Peter Pan movie, while recent versions of the tale have included Robin Williams' Hook and last year's (15) Pan.
