David Hasselhoff has been mocked by Piers Morgan and Sharon Osbourne for getting "kicked" off the TV show 'America's Got Talent'.

The 58-year-old star - who was replaced on the US talent show in January by Howie Mandel - was targeted during a TV roast on the 'Comedy Central Roast'.

David's former 'America's Got Talent' co-judges sent a video message joking they were behind the decision to remove him from the show.

Sharon said: "It's important, very important, that you understand we're not the ones who kicked you off this show."

Piers added: "It was very much a group decision involving the producer, the network.

"But let's be honest it was our initial concept."

The pair concluded the clip by apologising for not attending the roast personally, before adding, "But we still have jobs."

Other celebrities to "roast" the former 'Baywatch' star included Pamela Anderson, George Hamilton, Hulk Hogan and Jerry Springer.
