Energetic producer David Guetta has the Black Eyed Peas and Madonna in stitches when they record, as he gets so over-excited when cutting tracks with them.
French DJ and producer David is behind some of biggest hits of recent years - including Flo Rida's 'Club Can't Handle Me', Akon's 'Sexy Chick' and Black Eyed Peas 'I Gotta Feeling' - and says all the artists he works with have one thing in Common; they all laugh at his energetic studio antics.
He said: "The artists I work with always laugh at me because I get so excited making tracks.
"I'm actually exactly the same in the studio as I am on stage. I'm always jumping around, getting excited.
"It's always been about making people dance and then drawing emotion from the track then writing the song."
Having broken away from his roots as a house DJ and producer and into the mainstream David,42, thinks he has helped spark a renaissance in dance music in the US, as well as opening doors to pave the way for other dance artists.
He added to glasswerk.co.uk: "I'm really happy with the response I've been getting in America with the tracks I've recently released. I think this is my contribution to the scene, opening a lot of doors for people in the community not just for myself but for other artists in the industry. I think America is really opening up to dance music and music is definitely moving in that direction and the music we're making is now migrating from Europe over to the US and back again."
David will play at the LED Festival in London, as well as the Virgin Media V Festival in Chelmsford and Gloucester this weekend.
