David Gest is hosting a 'Legends of Soul Spectacular' series of concerts featuring some of the most iconic names in Motown and classic R&B.
David Gest is bringing together a galaxy of Motown stars for a live concert spectacular.
The former 'I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' star has promised fans they will be in for a surprise when the music icons - who collectively have sold more than 100 million records worldwide - take to the stage from Wednesday February 6, 2013 until Saturday February 9.
Gest said: ''I am thoroughly excited about performing once again in Liverpool. Our last two shows at The Liverpool Philharmonic Hall were record-breaking and we plan to break even that record at The Royal Court Theatre.
''The renovations at The Royal Court have made this theatre the place for all music artists to perform. We have a lot of surprises planned for our Liverpool audience. We're going to start the New Year off with the biggest soul party they've ever seen!''
Other artists performing include Weather Girls singer Martha Wash, The Three Degrees frontwoman Sheila Ferguson and 'A Whole New World' hitmaker Peabo Bryson.
