Fact: Former Talking Heads frontman David Byrne will curate this year's (15) Meltdown Festival in London. He succeeds James Lavelle, who took charge of the 2014 Meltdown. Past curators have included Jarvis Cocker, Patti Smith, David Bowie and Yoko Ono. Meltdown 2015 takes place in August (15).

Fact: Former Talking Heads leader David Byrne has teamed up with cult singer/songwriter ST. Vincent for a new collaboration album. The odd couple spent the last two years working on Love This Giant, which will be released in September (12).

Fact: Former Talking Heads star David Byrne and British DJ/hitmaker Fatboy Slim have joined forces to pen the songs for a new musical about former Filipina first lady Imelda Marcos that will premiere in New York City next year (Apr13).

Fact: Canadian rockers Arcade Fire have teamed up with Talking Heads frontman David Byrne to record a new song. The collaboration, titled Speaking In Tongues, will appear on a re-release of the band's 2010 album, The Suburbs.

Fact: Former Talking Heads star David Byrne and singer/songwriter Will Oldham have teamed up to score Sean Penn's new movie THIS MUST BE THE PLACE. The film is named after a Talking Heads song.
