DAVID BYRNE INVITES KATZENJAMMER TO PERFOM AT BONNAROO
TALKING HEADS frontman DAVID BYRNE is taking control of this years artist-curated stage at the BONAROO FESTIVAL and has invited Norwegian folk/pop artists and multi instrumentalists KATZENJAMMER to perform.
DAVID BYRNE who's own set will include "Songs of David Byrne and Brian Eno" will host a stage at the festival featuring some of his recent collaborators including Santigold, the Dirty Projectors as well as Katzenjammer.
The all female Katzenjammer have signed a record deal with Nettwerk Music Group and released their single "A Bar in Amsterdam" on June2nd 2009.
Katzenjammer plan to stop off for a show in New York on June 16th at The Mercury Lounge while on their return journey to Oslo, Norway.
