Soccer ace David Beckham hopes his three children don't follow in their mother VICTORIA's footsteps and grow up to become pop stars.
Victoria leapt to international fame with the Spice Girls in 1996, but has retired from the music industry after an unsuccessful solo career.
Despite the young age of BROOKLYN, 6, ROMEO, 2 and three-month-old CRUZ, David is adamant his sons should choose the sportier route.
David explains, "My children are still young, but I'd like them to become a footballer, whether it's in England or Spain, I'm not quite sure.
"I wouldn't want them to become singers. If they take after me, they're certainly not going into music. Whenever I sing, it rains."26/05/2005 03:29
