Rocker Dave Matthews is urging parents to dress their infant children in reusable cloth nappies (diapers) to aid the environment. The 40-year-old father welcomed his third child, a son called August, into the world last month (Jun07) and wouldn't dream of dressing the baby in disposable nappies. Speaking at the New Jersey leg of Live Earth on Saturday (07Jul07), Matthews said, "We use cloth diapers for our new baby because I think diapers might be the number three piece of garbage (which is the most environmentally damaging). "So, if you have a little cloth diaper service nearby, that's good."
