Foo Fighters’ singer Dave Grohl suffered a nasty fall during a concert in Sweden on Friday night, but the tumble wasn’t enough to stop the frontman, as he managed to finish the gig!
Ouch! Dave Grohl had a nasty fall during a concert in Sweden on Friday.
The band were just two songs into their gig on Friday night at the Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden, when a misstep cause Grohl to fall off the side of the stage during a rendition of classic ‘Monkey Wrench’.

As medics rushed to aid Grohl the frontman lay on the ground still clutching his microphone and told the crowd, “I think I just broke my leg. I’m going to go to hospital. I’m going to fix my leg and then I’m going to come back.”
"You have my promise right now that the Foo Fighters—we're going to come back and finish the show,” Grohl assured the crowd. Of course the singer kept his word and he soon returned to the stage with his leg bandaged.

Grohl then finished the gig while sitting down with his injured leg propped up on a chair. “I may not be able to walk or run but I can still play guitar and scream,” he told the crowd. After the concert the band tweeted a pic of Dave’s nasty looking X-ray with the caption, “Thank you Gothenburg. That was amazing.
