The 29-year-old star met the young royal after being introduced to her by boyfriend Ashton Kutcher - who is friends with Beatrice's partner Dave Clark - and a source has revealed the friendship is ''a total head-trip'' for her.
The source told Heat Magazine: ''Ever since Ashton was chosen to become the 500th space traveller on the Virgin Galactic last year, he's become friends with Dave, who is head of astronaut relations.

The 'Ted' actress and the 'Two and a Half Men' star were spotted strolling through London on Saturday (18.05.13) with Mila's mum Elvira and dad Mark, and they spent the evening watching 'Billy Elliot: The Musical' at the Victoria Palace theatre.
The morning after, Ashton, 35, decided to cook up a traditional English breakfast for his girlfriend's parents and sought the best quality ingredients - including bacon, sausages and black pudding, which is made from pigs' blood and oatmeal - for the tasty dish.

British royalty Princess Beatrice and boyfriend Dave Clark entertained Hollywood couple Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher over the weekend, taking them on a tour of London's swankiest bars and restaurants. Things started at the Duck & Waffle on the 40th floor of Heron Tower in East London, but soon headed to Callooh Callay in Shoreditch.
Next came the John Salt bar in Islington, North London, where the drinks kept on coming. "They asked for our best speciality dish, said John Salt boss Leigh Gillson, "We gave them deep fried banana in caramel." A source added: "It wasn't a boozy bender, more an upmarket crawl." Mila, 29 and Ashton, 35, are currently living in London while the actress shoots her new movie Jupiter Ascending.
According to the UK's Daily Mail, the foursome even managed to hit celebrity restaurant Scott's in Mayfair and the Spanish restaurant Cambio De Tercio in Kensington, where Mila and Ashton were given matching Real Madrid shirts - which they later wore.

THE Dave Clark FIVE rocker DENIS PAYTON has died after a long illness. He was 63.
Multi-talented Payton, who played the saxophone, guitar and harmonica, passed away yesterday (17DEC06).
His band was credited with paving the way for fellow British group THE Beatles' success in America, after staging a hit US tour in the 1960s.
The OVER AND OVER hitmakers were remembered earlier this year (OCT06) with a nomination for induction into the 2007 American Rock 'n' Roll Hall Of Fame.
DAVE CLARK, one of the band's founding members, paid tribute to his longtime pal, saying, "He had an amazing philosophy on life and will be greatly missed by me and all who knew him.
"Denis was extremely brave and not afraid of death."
Payton is survived by LINDSAY, his partner of 16 years, his two sons from his first marriage and two stepsons.
The Dave Clark Five broke up in the 1970s after garnering record sales of more than 100 million.
