British rapper Dappy has pleaded not guilty to a number of charges stemming from an alleged altercation at a gas station as his trial kicked off this week (beg07Jan13).
The former N-Dubz star was accused of affray following allegations he was involved in a fight at a garage in Surrey, England last February (12) and he appeared at Guildford Crown Court on Monday (07Jan13) as the case got underway.
The 25-year-old rapper - real name Costadinos Contostavlos - previously denied the affray charge and during Monday's hearing, he also pleaded not guilty to three assault charges.
He will be tried with two other defendants, Kieran Vassell, 25, of west London, and Kalonji Stewart, 32, from Birmingham, England, who both deny affray charges.
Alfred Miller, 28, of west London, pleaded guilty to affray and his case was adjourned for sentencing.
The trial continues.
