Dappy has been found guilty of affray in light of the court case that's been going on over an incident involving him and two women at a petrol station in Guildford, Surrey. The story goes that Dappy asked the two women if they wanted to come back with him, after bumping into them at the garage in the evening. When the women rejected his advance, he repotedly spat at them, the incident spiralling into a fight between Dappy, some of his pals, and some men who happened to be nearby.
Dappy did manage to avoid the charges related to spitting at the women. However, according to The Guardian, he did spit at David Jenkins - one of the men who stepped in when Dappy apparently became abusive towards the girls. With that, and the fact that Jenkins and his pals Oliver Billson and Christopher Gibson all suffered injuries from the resultant fracas, the star found himself hit with an additional charge for assault by beating. For Dappy's part, he claimed he only reacted because he was being held in a headlock, and that he was only talking to the women in the first place because he was trying to promote his new single - which at the time of incident in February last year, was 'Rockstar' with Queen guitarist Brian May. We bet he feels anything but right now.
