Daniel Radcliffe has admitted that he is so easily scared by horror movies he probably wouldn't see 'Woman in Black' if he wasn't starring in it.
Daniel Radcliffe "probably wouldn't see" his latest film if he wasn't in it.
The 'Harry Potter' star plays lawyer Arthur Kipps in horror movie 'The Woman in Black' and admits he would be too scared to go and see it because it looks "terrifying".
He said: "[I scare] very easily, yes. It's the kind of film that I probably wouldn't see if I wasn't in it. And I know a lot of people that have said that they aren't going to be able to see it and I'm going to have to force them to, because, yeah, it does look really, really terrifying."
The 21-year-old actor's confidence in the film's ability to thrill audiences comes from the reaction it got during a test screening, during which he says people were "leaping out of their seats".
He told MTV.com: "It is apparently some of the most compelling footage. It's going to be terrifying, and at the test screening they had, apparently people were leaping out of their seats terrified, so I think it's just going to be a really, really good movie."
Daniel hopes the film - which is directed by James Watkins and is due for release early next year - will gain momentum as more trailers of the scary footage is released before it hits the big screen.
He said: "I'm looking forward to the full trailer coming out, presumably months down the line because I think when people start to see more and more, I think the buzz about it will continue to build."
