However, it has been 2 years since 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows- Part 2' was released and Radcliffe is now redefining himself as an actor.
The 24 year-old first bared all for scenes in the Broadway production of 'Equus' but in 2013 he has nude scenes in all three of his films. Radcliffe appeared on US talk show 'Ellen DeGeneres' on Friday (Oct 4th) and said frequently exposing his skin is "not intentional".
He Jokes, "I'm comfortable with it, but I do like to point out, I don't request it". The talk show's host replied "You do take your clothes off a lot" adding, "In a lot of things".
However the former Wizard reiterated that he only does it because "they're jobs" and he doesn't bare all in public, "in stores [and] places I go".
Radcliffe also revealed he has had long conversations with a fellow female actress who has also appeared in several nude scenes and admitted he was worried that they "going to start getting called exhibitionists".
Daniel's upcoming film is called 'Kill Your Darlings' and in the new independent drama he plays poet Allen Ginsberg, alongside Dane DeHaan as Lucien Carr, Jack Huston as Jack Kerouac and Ben Foster as William S. Burroughs.
The biographical drama is directed by John Krokidas and it follows a murder committed in 1944 which draws the best poets of the beat generation together. It is set to hit theatres on October 18th 2013.
