British actor Daniel Craig has slammed the press for unfairly scrutinising his relationship with model Kate Moss.

The SYLVIA actor, 36, was furious about inaccurate reports about their romance, but found journalists' methods of finding information about them more impressive than any government agency.

Craig complains, "I mean, where the f**k did they get my telephone number from?

"The government would struggle to get my f**king mobile number, but the press got it. All I did was walk out of a restaurant with somebody and it made the news.

"If half the things they wrote about Kate and I had actually happened, it would have been an interesting story, but they didn't. It was all a load of s**t, and it was a relief, in a way, to be able to say, 'Oh, that's how it works...'

"I could get paranoid about it, but f**k that. That's not how I want to live my life."
