The mocumentary doesn't let on that it's a gag at the start. We begin with relatively dull talking head Ralph (Bobby Harwell), who claims to have invented some kind of mind-reading device which was turned into a high-frequency weapon and unleashed on Wicksboro, Texas some 40 years ago. And something about an alien takeover. Cover-up ensues, and everyone involved with the project dies. In fact, the whole town is no longer on the map, not even if you look at geographical data from the 1950s!
