Damon Dash's ex-girlfriend has filed a lawsuit against the hip-hop star amid allegations he "threatened" their teenage son.
Linda Williams is seeking $1 million (£666,670) in compensatory damages from Dash, claiming he was furious after he found their son Damon 'Boogie' Jr. DJing at a New York City nightclub and then held the teen against his will in his apartment.
According to court documents, Williams requested a restraining order against her former partner following the incident.
Williams also claims Dash provided false testimony that she sent him 10 emails prior to the alleged harassment - which would have violated an earlier Family Court protective order, reports the New York Daily News.
The former couple previously clashed in a highly-publicised custody battle over Damon Jr. in 2008, in which the rap mogul was awarded sole custody.
Dash has offered no comment.
