Dallas star Brenda Strong credits yoga with helping her to become a mum.

The former Desperate Housewives star insists a strict yoga regimen has helped her with so many aspects of her life - from wellbeing and fitness to fertility.

She explains, "When you do certain postures in yoga, it helps to stimulate the reproductive organs and it helps with blood flow... It helps with your endocrine system, it helps calm you and relax you and as everybody knows when they are stressed out, it impacts your ability to conceive."

Strong gave birth to her son Zakery Henri in 1994.
