"I'm like, 'OK, I'm not gonna channel Dolly Parton.' I said, 'Please, can I have a chance to show you what I think she should look like.' And he said, 'OK'. I came in the next day with different clothes and he said, 'OK, we got a deal'."

The Dukes of Hazzard's original DAISY DUKE, CATHERINE BACH has leaped to Jessica Simpson's defence, branding reports about her protege's ballooning weight "vicious".
Simpson played sexy Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard movie in 2005, and Bach has been a fan ever since.
She insists criticism of Simpson's recent weight gain is offensive to all women, and Bach, 54, claims media outlets are giving young girls the wrong message about their growing bodies - by poking fun at Simpson.
She tells U.S. news show Entertainment Tonight, "I think it's a shame that Jessica has been viciously attacked for superficial reasons. It sends a bad message to our young girls that, in order to fit in, you have to be skinny and your outfits better make you look skinny, too.
"What I hope my daughters are learning from me is to respect themselves, honour their bodies, and show compassion and kindness towards others."

Jessica Simpson was thrilled with her performance in the movie The Dukes of Hazzard, because she was finally able to establish herself as an actress by playing sexy DAISY DUKE.
The star claims she worked hard portraying the tomboy, especially while filming the provocative video for THESE BOOTS ARE MADE FOR WALKIN'.
She tells America's Elle magazine, "That wasn't me. That was Daisy Duke. I was selling a movie. And I have to say I did a pretty damned good job of it.
"That video put me on the map as an actress because I don't walk around in a bikini and dance like that. That was so out of character for me."
Jessica Simpson and her Dukes Of Hazzard co-star Willie Nelson are teaming up again on the big screen for the film BLONDE AMBITION.
The movie is a remake of the 1988 hit WORKING GIRL, which starred Melanie Griffith and Harrison Ford.
In the new film, the country crooner will graduate from his Dukes of Hazzard role as UNCLE JESSE and will instead play Simpson's grandfather.
Simpson will trade in her DAISY DUKE shorts to play a businesswoman looking for love along with co-stars Luke Wilson and Rachel Leigh Cook.
The DVD release of the upcoming Dukes Of Hazzard movie prequel will feature soft porn scenes of naked girls showering.
Actress APRIL SCOTT, who plays DAISY DUKE in the new film DUKES OF HAZZARD: THE BEGINNING, reveals sexy shower scenes were filmed just to titillate.
She tells men's magazine Stuff, "There are so many behind-the-scenes extras of naked girls - but not me.
"There are some scenes with girls in a locker room, with the boys running through there. In one scene the girls are in their underwear, and all of a sudden in the next scene they're all naked, (it's) like a shower scene."
Nancy Sinatra was unimpressed with Jessica Simpson's version of her song THESE BOOTS ARE MADE FOR WALKIN', even though the reality TV star had received help from Sinatra' daughter in arranging the vocals.
