Crystal Harris has strenuously denied claims she called off her wedding to Hugh Hefner because of a fling with Dr Phil's son Jordan McGraw. 25-year-old Crystal was scheduled to marry the Playboy founder on Saturday (18th June 2011) but the ceremony has been cancelled, reports the New York Daily News.
Recent speculation claimed Harris was having an affair with songwriter MCGraw and the pair were reportedly spotted together at the Chateau Marmont in March. However, Harris' manager Michael Blakely says the rumours are completely false, noting, "That is absolutely not true. It's a complete fabrication". Blakely stressed the marriage cancellation was a mutual decision, adding, "It was an amicable split up, and they will remain good friends". The Playmate issued her own statement shortly afterwards, noting, "After much deep reflection and thought, I have decided to end my engagement with Hef". Hugh took to his Twitter page to give his side of the story, firstly tweeting, "The wedding is off. Crystal has had a change of heart", before adding, "The breakup is a heart breaker, but better now than after the marriage". The 85-year-old later joked, "Since we're not getting married on Saturday, I've scheduled a movie: "Runaway Bride." Seems appropriate".
In April 2010, Crystal Harris signed a recording contract with Organica Music Group. She released her debut single 'Club Queen' yesterday (14th June 2011), the same day she announced the cancellation of her wedding.
