Fact: Veteran British actor Bill Roache has returned to the set of longrunning U.K. soap Coronation Street after he was cleared of two rapes and four indecent assaults in February (14). The 82 year old was spotted shooting street scenes in Salford, Manchester on Saturday (14Jun14). He has played Ken Barlow on the show since it launched in 1960.

Fact: British actor Michael Le Vell appeared in court in Manchester, England, on Wednesday (27Feb13) to face 19 charges of sexual offences against a child, related to alleged crimes said to have taken place between 2001 and 2010. The former Coronation Street star, who was removed from the show in the wake of the scandal, was bailed and is due back in court on 20 March (13).
