Clint Black has signed on to re-open late country great BUCK OWENS' Crystal Palace venue in Bakersfield, California, following the recent death of the singing legend. The club has been closed since 25 March (06) - the night Owens died. Black insists being asked to re-open the venue is a huge honour: "Buck Owens helped shape and define the sound of country music for my generation. "I was able to spend little bits of time with Buck over the years, and he couldn't have been more fun to be around."
