Claudia Schiffer is conscious about taking care of her body so she stays as healthy as possible.
Claudia Schiffer always takes care of her body.
The 43-year-old supermodel says her priority is staying fit and healthy thanks to nutritious meals and gentle exercise like power walking in the fresh air.
She told FemmeActuelle.fr: ''I'm careful to take care of my body so it takes care of me. In terms of nutrition, I'm addicted to soya milk with fruit for breakfast. I drink a lot of water and exercise as much as possible.
''However, I never do extreme sports like running, I prefer to walk even when it's very cold, it's good for the organism and I feel like the fresh air tones my skin. I try and do as much as possible to relax my body, my face... I work on my breathing too thanks to yoga... I like having stress-free breaks.''
The platinum blonde beauty - who has just launched her own shampoo range called Essence Ultime with Schwarzkopf - also revealed her haircare essential is nourishing oil.
Asked how she keeps her locks looking so glossy, Claudia replied: ''I've got dry hair so it's simple, I nourish the ends with hair oil or body oil. When it comes to colour, apart from a special shampoo, I use a protective spray that banishes UV rays.''
