Two waitresses suing Cindy Crawford's husband Rande Gerber for sexual harassment have refused to take a lie detector test to prove they are telling the truth.
The women allege Gerber fired them from his San Diego, California restaurant after they refused his sexual advances.
One went so far as to claim Gerber tried to kiss her and then reached up her skirt.
Gerber's pal, actor George Clooney has already stepped forward, insisting he was with the restaurateur the night of the alleged attack - and the event "never happened, period".
Clooney has offered to take a lie detector test and Gerber's attorney Howard Weitzman has revealed to TMZ.com he asked the waitresses to do the same, but they both refused to be wired up.
A spokesman for Gerber confirms the restaurateur and Clooney are prepared to be tested themselves to prove the ladies' allegations are false.
