Drew Barrymore and Ciara could pop at any moment. The celebrity mothers-to-be showed off their baby bumps on Saturday (April 5th) while attending a Safe Kids Day event in Los Angeles.

Ciara sported a long one-piece white shirt, whereas Barrymore opted for a pair of plain black jeans and a navy blue shirt, with both choosing a pair of flats .

Both stars are expecting to give birth very soon

Once pregnant, comfort is the most important thing- even for showbiz stars!

They posed with one another for several photos at the outdoor event, which was held to promote the awareness of preventable childhood injuries.

Prior to attending the event, Ciara posted a pic of herself on Instagram with the caption: "Excited About Joining Safe Kids 2 Day!! Together We Can Protect Kids, Prevent Injuries, and Save Lives."

The 28 year-old pop star, who is engaged to her unborn baby's father, rapper Future, first announced her pregnancy news this past January (2014) when appearing on 'The View.'

This is Ciara's first child

"Everybody's saying to me, 'You gotta ask, you gotta ask,'" co-host Barbara Walters asked Ciara. "There are rumors about pregnancy. Do you want to confirm?"

"Of course, I would love to," Ciara replied while standing up for a side-view of her clearly visible baby bump. "Oh my God!" co-host Sherri Shepherd said while placing her hand on Ciara's stomach, adding, "We're babysitters!"
