Movie-maker Christopher Nolan has always been inspired by the universal language of Hollywood, and is thrilled to be part of an institution which affects people across the globe.
The Batman BEGINS director was born and bred in London, but he insists someone's birthplace is irrelevant in the glitzy US film industry.
He says, "Whether it's HITCHCOCK or Billy Wilder, Hollywood is an international language.
"When it's done in a specifically American way - for instance, with American comedies - they don't tend to play very well in the rest of the world.
