Burberry have opened their first dedicated UK menswear store.
The brand unveiled the store in London's Knightsbridge today (30.10.12) and Chief Creative Officer Christopher Bailey took digital inspiration for the design from their recently-opened Regent Street flagship venue.
Their new 11,300-square-foot building contains over 50 speakers and 100 screens to celebrate and highlight the story and heritage behind Burberry for when people visit the store.
Also, to reflect the company's renewed focus on suits, the shop houses a tailoring service for shoppers, offering them within-48-hours alterations for a wide selection of suits available to purchase.
Customers will be able to seek advice from a specialist to help ensure they make the best possible choice when purchasing pieces.
Another aspect of the Regent Street store to be brought to the new boutique is British craftsman, with everything from their custom-made bronze lanterns and timber panelling being made by professional carpenters, stonemasons, welders and decorative plasterers
This new opening comes the week after Alexander McQueen opened his first menswear store located in London's tailoring area Savile Row.
