Funnyman Chris Rock isn't laughing about an Internet gossip columnist's political mud slinging - because he's being portrayed as anti-PRESIDENT Bush.

MATT DRUDGE, who writes up cyberspace's daily DRUDGE REPORT, claims Rock's directorial debut Head Of State, in which he plays a presidential candidate, is close to being scrapped after the real President is upset by rumours the comic is against him.

Drudge also claims that Rock is taking every opportunity to criticise Bush in interviews, but the comic insists he's actually supportive of the President.

And angry Rock says in a statement, "I've never met Matt Drudge but if I do I'm going to take my red-blooded American foot and shove it up his non-American a**."
