COLDPLAY singer Chris Martin's chart-topping hits don't impress his baby daughter - she prefers to listen to obscure Icelandic rock music.
The SPEED OF SOUND hitmaker refuses to play one-year-old Apple his highly anticipated third album X+Y, because she prefers the more diverse range of music present in her dad Chris and mum Gwyneth Paltrow's record collection.
He says, "She prefers an Icelandic band called Sigur Ros to Coldplay. She hasn't heard X+Y - we don't play it in the house.
"We played SIGUR ROS at her birth - it's good music to come into the world to. She's a huge fan of THE Beatles, too, which is cool."06/06/2005 14:02
