Very Good
Everything you think you know about car salesmen is wrong: It's worse. Michael Bennett is a car salesman for hire, flown in by desperate dealerships to get rid of excess inventory by "slashing" prices, with the aid of a DJ, beautiful local girls, ridiculous giveaways, and the promise of a cheap, cheap ride. More show than sale, Slasher follows Bennett's three-day stint at a delapidated Memphis dealership by the airport, where cars aren't exactly flying off the lot -- even after The Slasher shows up. Alternately sad and funny, you can't help but enjoy your 90 minutes with Bennett, even if he is out to get every last penny out of you.
