The Griswolds return to Walley World - only this time, the family is led by young Rusty Griswold and his wife and kids. The grown up Rusty is determined to pull his family together with a family vacation to the Walley World theme park, hoping it will help him bond with his sons and improve his marriage. He wants to re-live the good times he had as a kid, though his own children are less than happy about the trip. As it turns out, this generation are about to face just as much mayhem on the second vacation as Rusty and his folks did on the first; including sewage springs, awkward questions and messy car journeys.
A sequel to the original 1983 film based on John Hughes' story 'Vacation '58' - famously first published by National Lampoon magazine - the new 'Vacation' sees Clark and Ellen Griswold's son re-visiting his childhood. The new film has been directed and written by 'Bones' star John Francis Daley and Jonathan M. Goldstein (screenwriters on 'The Incredible Burt Wonderstone') in their directorial feature debut and also sees the return of original actors Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo. The movie is scheduled for release in the UK on November 13th 2015.
Evans will next star in 'Captain America: Civil War,' due for release in May 2016
Chris Evans has revealed the packed shooting schedule for Avengers: Infinity War, the two part third instalment of Marvel's Avengers series. Speaking to Esquire magazine, the Captain America actor revealed that both parts one and two of Infinity Wars would be shot back to back, over a period of nine months.
Chris Evans stars as Captain America in the superhero franchise.
When asked if his life was planned through 2019 Evans said, "You know, you plan around the Marvel responsibilities. You have to. We start Captain America: Civil War in a couple weeks, and then that shoots until August or something like that. August or September.”

Marvel fans will love the action mayhem in this Avengers sequel, but everyone else will vividly feel the fatigue that has descended over this franchise. After the bright spark of originality in last summer's Guardians of the Galaxy, we're back to the same tired formula involving terrific actors battling for screen time in between gratuitous, brutal action sequences that are so digitally animated that they're technically cartoons.
The film opens in the middle of the action as Captain America (Chris Evans) leads Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye (Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner) to recapture an Asgardian sceptre. Tony then discovers that the sceptre could be useful for Ultron, his artificial intelligence project to create a global peacekeeping force. But this goes badly wrong as Ultron (James Spader) springs to life and decides instead to obliterate humanity to make space for his population of smart machines. So the team races from America to Africa, Korea and Eastern Europe, facing off against Ultron and his super-powered twin cohorts Pietro and Wanda (Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen), who of course defect to the Avengers. They also get help from a human-computer entity called The Vision (Paul Bettany).
Yes, there are a lot of characters in this film, and writer-director Joss Whedon is exceptionally good at giving each of them something to do, both dramatically and in the thick of the action. These brief moments of humour and emotional depth are what make the movie enjoyable, giving the solid actors some meaty material to play with.

While other recent promotional interviews for 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron' have been interesting, none have been as funny or wacky as Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans'.
When embarking on a franchise like 'The Avengers', it must help to get on well with your other cast members. In a recent interview with Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and Chris Evans (Captain America), the two actors displayed a hilarious friendship with one anther - giving a tiny glimpse into what it must be like on set with these guys.
Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth and Scarlett Johansson in 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron'
"Lovers, kindred souls, kindred spirits", said Hemsworth, while discussing the relationship between Thor and Captain America. Evans jumped in by revealing: "We wear necklaces with a little broken heart, and when we put them together." But when they tried to draw a comparison between themselves and another movie, they found themselves with different opinions.
Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and Chris Evans (Captain America) took some time to talk about the upcoming 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' in an interview. The two actors discussed how they continued to play their established characters in a new and interesting way, as well as explaining how they all felt that filming the movie was like attending a party. The two actors also explained their reaction to the arrival of new faces on the set, in the form of Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen, and how well they fit into the family dynamic that was going on at the time.

MTV Movie Awards bring out the stars, as does the Avengers 2 premiere in Los Angeles. Matthias Schoenaerts is accompanied by costars Kate Winslet and Carey Mulligan at two London premieres. And we get further glimpses of a Western with Michael Fassbender, the next Terminator action romp and Paul Rudd as a tiny superhero in Ant-Man...
The MTV Movie Awards caught the headlines this week, not for their offbeat winners but for the usual antics of the stars who were in attendance. Those on hand to walk the blue carpet included multiple winner Shailene Woodley as well as Jennifer Lopez, Scarlett Johansson, Hailee Steinfeld, Rebel Wilson, Miles Teller, Mark Ruffalo, Michael B. Jordan, Cara Delevingne and Nat Wolff.
Actually, all of the Marvel Avengers were at the awards, then reassembled two nights later for the Los Angeles premiere of Avengers: Age of Ultron, which opens next week. This time the carpet was red, and attendees included Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Samuel L. Jackson, Paul Rudd and Paul Bettany.
Chris Hemsworth has three movies left on his Marvel contract.
Chris Hemsworth has revealed the movies left on his Marvel contract. Plenty of actors are coming to the end of their deals with the studio- Robert Downey Jr has Avengers 2 and 3 - but it seems Hemsworth is sticking around for a little while longer.

Australian actor Chris Hemsworth, probably best know for portraying the role of Thor in Marvel's action movies, was spotted as he arrived in Los Angeles International Airport in Los Angeles, California, United States - Thursday 9th April 2015
Chris Hemsworth is hoping to one day step down from the world of superhero films and head back to more serious roles - starting with 'Blackhat'.
After making his name in super-human roles like the Avengers' Thor and Snow White's Huntsman, Chris Hemsworth has tried to shift down into less flashy characters. In 2013 he impressed critics as Formula One champion James Hunt in 'Rush', and this year he teams up with Michael Mann for the startlingly low-key thriller 'Blackhat'.
Chris Hemsworth is ready to step back from super-human roles
"Michael is one of my favourite filmmakers," he said. "I've grown up watching his films, so even before I'd read the script, I was pretty much talked into the thing."

Michael Mann doesn't make standard frantic-pace thrillers (see Heat and Public Enemies); he prefers to work at a more controlled stride, so while this hacking adventure-mystery is intriguing it also feels a bit plodding. Yes, the film erupts now and then into a viscerally exhilarating action sequence, including a couple of astonishing shootouts, but over the course of two and a quarter hours it barely builds up a head of steam. And it's further frustrating that the intriguing characters never quite emerge as real people.
It opens with a cyberattack on a Chinese nuclear power plant, after which Captain Chen (Wang Leehom) heads to America to consult with FBI Agent Barrett (Viola Davis), urging her to get the one man who can solve this case: Chen's former MIT roommate Nick (Chris Hemsworth), now serving 13 years in prison for hacking. On supervised release, Nick heads to Hong Kong with Chen and Barrett, plus a minder (Holt McCallany) and Chen's computer-whiz sister Lien (Tang Wei), who immediately catches Nick's eye. As they secretly begin falling for each other, Nick indulges in a lot of illicit computer work to trace the attack to ruthless thug Kassar (Ritchie Coster) and his shadowy boss Sadak (Yorick van Wageningen). But they're based in Jakarta, and the FBI has no jurisdiction there.
Aside from some cheesy inside-the-computer animation, Mann makes the film look sleek and stylish, dropping clues into each scene to fill in the bigger picture about what is happening. And when an action set-piece breaks out, the film becomes urgent and gritty, with handheld camerawork and a breathless sense of peril that suggests that no one is safe. On the other hand, the script asks us to believe that Hemsworth's imprisoned computer geek can suddenly become a full-on action man, with astonishing gun-handling skills, the muscly precision of a Hollywood stunt man and the ability to out-strategise both spies and super-villains in a massive climactic showdown in a crowded city square.

The Aussi star received the Excellence in Film Award at Saturday night's G'Day USA Gala and Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts International Awards.
On Saturday night (Jan 31st), Scarlett Johansson couldn't help but gush about her 'Avengers' co-star Chris Hemsworth at the G'Day USA Gala and Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts International Awards in Los Angeles, even when he is sleeping.
Hemsworth was prized with the Excellence in Film Award
The 30-year-old actress attended the award ceremony, hosted by Nicole Kidman and Geoffrey Rush, to present the Aussi star with the Excellence in Film Award, and when taking to the stage she recalled being on a plane journey with Hemsworth and their co-stars Mark Ruffalo and Chris Evans.
Paul Bettany, who plays The Vision in the upcoming 'Avengers' movie, has been overwhelmed by the size of 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron' set and he's not the only one.
Paul Bettany was shocked with the size and scale of The Avengers: Age of Ultron set. The 43-year-old actor has previously had a role in The Avengers Assemble and the Iron Man trilogy as the voice of Iron Man's computer JARVIS but he plays the villain, The Vision, in the upcoming Avengers film.
Paul Bettany stars as The Vision in The Avengers: The Age of Ultron.
They've fought private military corporations, Nazi splinter-groups and a Norse god. Now, The Avengers assemble once again to celebrate their success. But when a new project from Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) reveals itself to be sentient and ready to bring the world to its knees, The Avengers are ready to fight amongst themselves while the threat of Ultron (James Spader) grows his strength, and gains allegiance from Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen). Meanwhile, Stark is seeing hostility from Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and The Incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) while Captain America (Chris Evans) desperately tries to bring the team back together to stop the Age of Ultron.

Congratulations to Miss Upton, who is happy and confident above all.
Kate Upton – sexiest woman alive? Whatever you may say about Upton’s aesthetic, obviously she ticks the boxes for a lot of people, and America’s latest girl next door has been crowned The Sexiest by People magazine.
People Magazine has just made official what Sports Illustrated readers already suspected - Kate Upton is the sexiest woman alive.
Now, ignoring the fact that in 2014, we’re still bestowing titles like The Sexiest, congratulations to Ms Upton on her very, very prestigious win. Given that the 22-year-old Vogue alumna is the first woman to receive the title, this may just be People’s gentle nod towards gender equality?

The 'Thor' star does not feel sorry for his famous little brother's "reckless" behaviour and failed romances.
Chris Hemsworth is definitely looking out for his little brother Liam, but when it comes to the 'Hunger Games' star's "reckless" personal mistakes, he will not show any sympathy because they are just so alike.
Hemsworth has no sympathy for Liam's failed relationships
While speaking with the January 2015 issue of GQ magazine, the 31-year-old actor opened up about having a protective nature over his famous lil bro, and how becoming a family man has changed his livelihood.
While speaking about being prized with the prestigious award, the Aussi hunk made sure he thanked, "My parents, I guess, for putting this together."
Chris Hemsworth, known for his role as 'Thor' in the Marvel movies, has been awarded the prestigious honour of People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2014, taking over from last year's recipient Adam Levine.
Hemsworth is People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2014
Like every year, the announcement of this year's most handsome star took place on Wednesday (Nov 19th) on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" But before the unveiling began, Kimmel informed viewers how someone may be considered for this award.
A lot has happened since the Battle of New York. The world was attacked by Norse God, Loki (Tom Hiddleston), causing a united force of tech super-hero Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr), reanimated World War Two super soldier Captain America (Chris Evans) and Loki's brother - the Norse God of thunder, Thor (Chris Hemsworth). Two years on, the Avengers have worked to defeat evil in Godly realm of Asgard, on planet Earth, and within S.H.I.E.L.D., the organisation that brought them together in the first place. Now, with Iron Man in retirement and S.H.I.E.L.D. in disarray, the world is suddenly threatened by Ultron (James Spader), a robot who seeks to destroy the Avengers now that he has been unshackled.

'In The Heart of the Sea' should provide movie fans with some sustenance after the post-Oscars lull.
Fast-forward to March 2015 and you'll be sick to the back teeth of movies. All movies. You'll have been reading about how Jennifer Lawrence fell over at the Oscars again. How Boyhood won everything and why that director got snubbed, or why that Patrick Harris fella should stick to the Emmys.
But fear not, because there's a potentially excellent movie set for March 2015 that could renew your faith in cinema - real cinema. The first trailer for In The Heart of the Sea, Ron Howard's new movie, dropped this week and it looks hugely promising. The director reteams with Rush star Chris Hemsworth to tell the frightening true story of a New England whaling ship called Essex, assaulted by a mammoth whale in 1820. The maritime disaster inspired Herman Melville's Moby Dick, but that classic novel told only half the story.
In August of 1819, The Essex set sail from New England. The whaling ship set out beyond the edges of the map to hunt in unknown waters. What the 21-man crew discovered, was far from what they could ever have imagined. A sperm whale - absolutely gigantic and hell-bent on destroying their comparatively tiny ship. While battling the demon of a sea beast, the ship was destroyed, and many of the crew were killed. As the few survivors struggled to find land and make their way back to South America, they faced a harrowing adventure, and fought insanity, storms, starvation and despair. All with the great whale fresh in their minds. The crew referred to it as Moby Dick.

Sorry, Marvel nerds, no Dr. Strange news for you. But here's a bunch of other stuff!
No one is surprised that Marvel had big things prepared for their Comic-Con panel, after all it’s the biggest industry event of the year. Those, who missed out on a seat in Hall H, however, won’t have to wait long for the recaps and news leaks to start pouring in, not including (unfortunately) the long awaited announcement of the actor cast to play Dr. Strange in the upcoming film, HitFix reports.
RDJ won't be the (only) star of the show this time.
The panel, which featured the longest superhero lineup of any event ever (we’re guessing here) included Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye), Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk), Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Quicksilver), Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch), Paul Bettany (Vision), James Spader, who will be introduced as Ultron in Avengers: Age of Ultron and Josh Brolin, who was announced as the voice of Thanos. And breathe.
But who made the top 5?
Robert Downey Jr. is the highest paid actor in Hollywood for a second year running, Forbes has announced, putting Iron Man star top of the list with earnings totalling around $75 million. It is his involvement with the Marvel franchise that boosts his position to pole – the movie bagged around $1.2b when it was released last May and comprises the bulk of his counted earnings.

Given Iron Man’s heavy involvement with the Avengers team – the highest grossing single film in the entirety of the company’s output – Downey Jr. presence in the upcoming instalment, Age of Ultron, means he’ll be ‘there or there abouts’ for a few years to come, we’d predict.

Robert Downey Jr. has topped Forbes Magazine's annual list of Top Earners in Hollywood for the second year in a row.
With an estimated income of $75 million between June 2013 and June 2014, Downey Jr. shows that he's somewhat similar to his onscreen counterpart, billionaire superhero Tony Stark. 2014 has actually been a fairly quiet year for Downey Jr. considering there is no Marvel blockbuster hitting our screens (featuring him, at any rate) but he still managed to maintain his spot at the top.
It's been another great year for Robert Downey Jr.

Thor is now a woman.
Thor, the Norse superhero from the Marvel Comics universe, is to become a woman to attract more female fans to the franchise. The new incarnation , which sees Thor with long blonde hair, metal armour and a red cape, will be unveiled in a comic series this October.

Do you think Thor should change gender? There's not a great deal you can do about it, but you CAN vote in our poll below
Marvel has made the bold decision to change the sex of one of their most established characters. Thor is no longer a guy; he’s a girl. Or she’s a girl. Forgive us while we acclimatise ourselves.
Chris Hemsworth as Thor - We'll be seeing a female actor take this role soon enough
Thor, who is based on the god of thunder of Norse myth, will be a female lead when the new series of comics (written by Jason Aaron with art by Russell Dauterman) hits in October. This, according to Marvel, is "one of the most shocking and exciting changes ever to shake one of the 'big three' of Captain America, Iron Man and Thor".
The hammer-wielding demigod, who was played by Chris Hemsworth in the Marvel films, will return in a new comic book series as a female, as the publisher attempts to create a gender balanced roster.
The almighty 'Thor' will now be relatable to both genders.
In this midst of criticism over Marvel Comics being too geared towards their male audiences, Marvel Entertainment made a surprising announcement on Tuesday (July 15th).

The creators of 'The Lego Movie' have hinted they would like the Marvel superheroes to appear in 'The Lego Movie 2.' Here's our pick of the top five that we'd like to see.
Phil Lord and Chris Miller, the writer/director dream team behind the hugely successful The Lego Movie have said that they would love to feature Marvel heroes in The Lego Movie 2. The sequel, which is provisionally set to come out in May 2017, will be directed by Chris McKay, rather than Miller and Lord.
The Lego Movie won over even the harshest critics to become one of the biggest films of 2013
Both have admitted it would be difficult to make it work with Marvel in The Lego Movie 2 because of legal issues. The Lego Movie was made by Warner Bros, so they were able to use all of the DC superheroes, as they are owned by Warner. Superman, the Green Lantern, Wonder Woman and The Flash all featured in the first Lego Movie, but would Marvel allow Warner to use their characters?

Elizabeth Olsen Settles Into Her Super New Role In Italy.
The brand new snaps also afford us the opportunity to have a gander at the sequel's main villain, Ultron, who appeared in pre-CGI form as a sinister looking silver robot. Hilariously, the actor performing the movements of the baddie was photographed wearing a thick puffer jacker underneath his high tech silver scales and helmet; a feature that will be digitally erased when it comes to editing.
Chris Hemsworth seems like the obvious choice to play Thor, but these other actors were also considered for the role.
After owning the role in two hit movies, it’s hard to imagine any one other than gorgeous blond man-mountain, Chris Hemsworth, playing Marvel Comics superhero, Thor. You can’t even hear the word “Thor” without Chris coming into mind (we definitely don’t just sit here chanting “Thor” for this exact reason. Ahum).
Thor has been played by Chris Hemsworth in both movies
But if you thought that he was the first choice to play the role, you’ll be sorely disappointed. Chris’ potential apparently didn’t shine through immediately for the producers, and although he auditioned early he was put to one side while other actors auditioned. Imagine if one of these actors had won the role instead of Chris. It’ll be hard to think about, but sometimes life is tough.

The British actor was voted as the 'Sexiest Man Alive' by Glamour magazine
Henry Cavill has topped the latest poll by Glamour magazine to determine the '100 Sexiest Men Alive.' The Man of Steel actor took the top spot from four-time winner of the accolade Robert Pattinson, who after four consecutive years of being declared the world's biggest hunk, fell down to number two this year.
Henry Cavill is apparently the sexiest man alive
The Twilight-star has long been a favourite for the magazine when compiling their yearly list of sexiest men, but this year the spandex-wearing DC superhero Cavill proved too dashing to ignore, as he leaped to the top spot. Cavill was chosen as the sexiest man alive by the magazine on the back of his successful turn as Superman in the blockbuster Man of Steel, with his chiselled abs and facial features probably going some way towards securing his spot at the top of the poll too.
