A woman who broke into Chris Brown's home has been charged with three felonies: burglary, stalking and vandalism. The L.A. District Attorney announced the news on Friday (8th May). Bail has been set at $220,000 and, if convicted, she is facing more than seven years jail time.

"A female suspected of breaking into singer Chris Brown's Agoura Hills home, living there for several days and vandalizing his property was charged today," a representative for the District Attorney's office said in a statement (via THR). 

The woman in question, the statement continues, "is charged with one felony count each of first-degree residential burglary, stalking and vandalism. She allegedly broke into Brown's home on May 2 and vandalized his house and cars. She was arrested Wednesday [6th May] after Brown returned home. If convicted, she faces more than seven years in state prison."

The woman is Amira Kodcia Ayeb is, according to reports in TMZ, an aspiring singer from Tunisia. The news broke after 26-year-old Brown posted a photograph of Ayeb on Instagram (now deleted). In the caption, Brown claimed that he had returned to his L.A. home from a few days away in Las Vegas to find Ayeb naked in his bed. He provided further details including that she had spray painted the walls of his home, his kitchen counter and his cars with 'I love you' and her own name. 

A number of dishes and discarded food were discovered in the kitchen and it was initially uncertain how long she had been in Brown's house. The authorities, as mentioned in the statement, believe she had been in the house for five days since Saturday (2nd May).
