This Chris Brown and Drake beef doesn't look like it's going anywhere fast, following the pair's reported brawl in a New York nightclub last month. It seems to be an issue that no one else wants however, with various people linked to the pair coming out at the 2012 Bet Awards to try and play down the spat.
"Nobody wants to see them beef," Tyga told MTV News at the event. Forced into the uncompromising situation of being part of the Young Money collective alongside Drake, whilst at the same time being a long-time friend and collaborator with Brown, the rapper sat on the fence, commenting "They both make great music, they're both talented, but at the end of the day, as men, they have to figure out what they want to do." Explaining his situation further, T-Raw said "Chris is my brother, Drake is family too, so it's like at the end of the day, they gotta handle that like men," he said. "It's like nobody else can mediate that, and it's like that's how it goes sometimes."
Big Sean, another good friend of Brown's, also said there was no need for any spat, saying "Hopefully they get it resolved, honestly, man. People ain't got no time for no beef . We workin' too hard for our fam, for our kids, our unborn kids to have a bright future. Nobody got no time for that." Hopefully they'll heed the big man's words.
