Two revellers caught up in last month's (Jun12) the New York club brawl between Chris Brown and Drake's entourages are suing the owners of the venue for allegedly continuing to serve alcohol to drunk patrons.
The women, Lucy Pavlovsky and Nadia Beddini, claim they each suffered permanent injuries in the W.i.P club fracas and they feel it could have been avoided if inebriated clubbers had been asked to leave.
In the lawsuit, obtained by Tmz.com, Pavlovsky and Beddini allege they suffered damage to their faces, heads and necks, and Pavlovsky required stitches for lacerations to her arm, which was cut by a thrown broken bottle.
The ladies are suing the club owners for unspecified damages, claiming the bottle-throwers were "sold and consumed alcohol in excessive amounts".
Their attorney Javier Solano alleges the club bosses failed to properly train their bouncers to handle a violent situation.
The owners are also facing a legal threat from basketball star Tony Parker, whose eye was cut as he attempted to leave the venue when the fight broke out.
