Chris Brown has finally left a rehabilitation facility.

The 24 year-old checked out on Thursday (Nov 14th) after receiving two weeks' worth of treatment and he will now begin his community service.

E!News reported, Brown will continue the rehab program until it is complete with a rep for the singer telling the gossip site;

"Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area, he appreciates all of your encouragement and support."

The 'Don't Wake Me Up' singer entered the facility over two weeks ago on Oct 29th, at the time a rep for the singer released a statement which explained, "His goal is to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behaviour, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point."

The decision to seek help followed an incident which occurred the day before. Brown and his bodyguard were arrested in Washington DC in the early hours of Oct 27th for assaulting a male fan outside their hotel.

Brown was slapped with a misdemeanour assault charge after allegedly punching the man who wanted his autograph. One day after being released from the DC jail, the 'Kiss Kiss' singer was on hos way to rehab.

According to TMZ, Brown was forced to check out and start completing an extra 1000 hours of community service after a judge didn't believe the RnB singer did the number of hours he claimed.

He was accused of submitting wrongful reports for the 1,440 hours he was originally ordered to complete for beating up Rihanna in 2009 and as a result he is made to complete the additional hours.
