Embattled R&b Star Chris Brown Has Filed Legal Papers Urging The Judge In His Child Custody Battle To Stop The Mother Of His Daughter Demanding Exorbitant Fees From Him.
Model Nia Guzman is demanding $15,000 (GBP10,000)-a-month in support from Brown, and he believes that's way too high.
In legal documents filed in Houston, Texas the Kiss Kiss singer is keen to establish official paternity, so he can fight Guzman over support and custody.
And he's asking the judge to recommend a child support maximum, which he believes will be closer to the $2,500 (GBP1,600)-a-month he currently pays, according to TMZ.com.
Brown is also keen to establish strict custody guidelines after claiming his ex has been denying him the right to see his daughter, Royalty, who turned one last month (Jun15).
