Cheryl Cole is flattered by a fan getting her face tattooed on his arm.

The Girls Aloud singer and renowned ink-lover was seriously impressed when one of her biggest fans, 28 year old Daniel Bradmo, got her portrait etched onto his arm by her very own tattoo artist, Nikko Hurtado.

The stunning star shared a picture of Daniel's forearm on her Instagram account, gushing: ''WOW!! @d_brandmo @nikkohurtado I am speechless this is unbelievable! I'm blown away ... I am so happy to live on your arm @d_brandmo I hope I bring you happiness and love. I'm so flattered!!#portraittattoo #onlyNikko (sic)''

However, Cheryl's followers were divided by the super-fan's dedication to the singer.

Some posted comments like, ''He couldn't have had anyone as beautiful on his arm''.

But several followers pointed out that the tattoo looks ''nothing like her'', suggesting it is actually a better likeness of The Saturdays singer Mollie King or even Michael Jackson.

One Instagram user appeared concerned for Daniel's sanity, saying, ''I wouldn't even get a tattoo of a family member on my body let alone some chick who used to be in a girl band?''

Daniel, who describes himself as a tattoo-mad ''independent Norwegian'', is certainly pleased with the results, enthusing ''Just amazing!!''

Nikko Hurtado is best known for inking Cheryl's controversial tattoo of giant red roses across her behind.
