This morning I was playing some records at home... playing songs for no reason other than good feels. As I dropped the needle on 'Sign of the Times', a close friend texted me to let me know the sad news of Prince's untimely death. It goes without saying, Prince has been a huge creative influence on Cherub and our personal lives, musically and otherwise. So many amazing songs from his catalogue and other artists that he wrote for, that will live on forever! We are honored to say that one of our favorite venues that we have performed at, in the entire world, is Prince's house, First Ave. in Minneapolis, MN... that room has magic in it and always will. That magic is Prince!
RIP.. Rest In Purple.
