Pop superstar Cher is offloading another home in her property portfolio - she's put her beachfront pad in Hawaii up for auction.
The singer placed her sprawling Malibu, California estate on the market earlier this year (09), slashing the price from $45 million (£28 million) to $41 million (£25.6 million) in a bid to attract a willing buyer.
Now she's keen to sell off her house on the Kona-Kohala Coast of Hawaii - and the property will go under the hammer in January (10).
The house, which is located near the Four Seasons' golf course, boasts an infinity pool and spa, four "bungalow living suites" and ocean views.
But Cher will not be profiting off her latest property sale - the pad, in an area where homes were previously estimated at more than $20 million (£12.5 million), is expected to sell for between $8 million to $12 million (£5 million to £7.5 million).
