Chelsea Clinton and her husband MARC MEZVINSKY hit the red carpet together at a New York charity gala last week, dispelling rumours that they are to separate.
CHELSEA CLINTON, the daughter of former US President Bill Clinton, and her husband MARC MEZVINSKY, attended a New York charity event to raise money for AIDS research last week, reports Hello Magazine.Recent speculation had suggested that the couple's marriage was in trouble, but they were all smiles at Wednesday's event (9th February 2011) and wrapped their arms around each other as they posed for photographers. Rumours of a possible separation began to circulate last week after Mezvinsky, a financier, decided to take a three-month career break. He also took a snowboarding trip to Wyoming, without Clinton. However, the former Goldman Sachs banker supported his wife at the charity event as she made a speech and introduced her father to an A-list celebrity audience.
The former president was being honoured along with Elizabeth Taylor and Diane Von Furstenberg for his exceptional contribution to the fight against AIDS. The event also included a special live performance of 'That's What Friends Are For' by Elton John, Gladys Knight, Dionne Warwick and STEVIE WONDER.
