Did he mention Guiness? What do you think?
If it were down to Channing Tatum, every film he makes from now on will be shot on the Emerald Isle. The ’22 Jump Street’ star couldn’t help but express his fondness for Ireland while promoting his new film alongside Jonah Hill.

“I’ve shot in England, Scotland and Wales but never in Ireland. I’d love to come back and do some work,” the American actor said. “It’s great to be here and the Irish fans are unbelievable - loud but unbelievable. I haven’t seen a huge amount of the city just yet, but I’m looking forward to trying a pint of Guinness later on.”
The star was on the charm offensive while in Dublin’s city centre, posing for photos with fans and signing autographs. ’22 Jump Street’ sees him and Hill reunite for more on-screen antics, but the off-screen antics were just as important to the process. “We were just joking around a lot - that’s the thing with a sequel, it’s fun scripts and a lot of money put into the production,” he explained.
It was recently reported that Tatum was 100% nailed on to play Gambit in 2016’s ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’, but that would appear to have been false information. "I hope to be joining — everything's not done yet," he said. "I've obviously been in talks, and we're on the one-yard line. I'm always afraid of being like, 'Yes, it's totally happening,' and then it doesn't happen."
As a fan of the franchise, he’ll be paying close attention to ‘X-Men: Days of Future Past’ which has been storming cinemas on its way to a huge first weekend.
