As the stars of 'Star Trek Into Darkness' arrive at the premiere, they seem to show nothing but excitement about this new sequel. Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Chris Pine, Simon Pegg, Benedict Cumberbatch, Karl Urban and director J.J. Abrams are all quizzed on the new movie as they make their way along the red carpet.

Zoe describes the sequel as 'like 'Star Trek' on steroids' while Karl seems to be of the same opinion calling it 'bigger, bolder, better, more character driven and it's a lot of fun'. Simon refers to it as an 'evolution' - 'We had to sort of hit the ground running and take it somewhere even further', he says. They also seem to have a lot of praise for their director. 'He knows how to entertain his crew and his actors. He beatboxed in down time, he's the sharpest wit', says Benedict while Chris adds, 'He's incredibly visionary, he's got a great sense of fun.' J.J. seemed equally as warm towards the actors: 'One of the reasons I wanted to do a sequel was to get a chance to work with these people again', he explains.
