Two suspects in the case of a raid related to Phillip Seymour Hoffman's apparent overdose earlier this year are spotted leaving Manhattan Supreme Court in New York after their recent trial. Juliana Luchkiw marches through the building attempting to hide her face with a wide-brimmed hat while Max Rosenbloom simply ignores all questions from paparazzi as they follow him down the street to where a car is waiting for him.

The lawyer defending another suspect, Robert Vineberg, gave a statement to the press. 'Mr Vineberg was arraigned but not guilty and I filed a motion for Judicial Diversion pursuant to the criminal procedure law section 2.16 which, if granted, would allow him to get into a treatment program rather than to continue to be prosecuted', says Edward Kratt. 'The way that Diversion works generally is that there's a plea entered and treatment is then provided in lieu of prosecution. If treatment is successfully navigated then the charges are dismissed.' He also claims that Vineberg wasn't a dealer, just someone who had a 'substantial drug use problem' and who was friends with the late 'Capote' actor.
