Rick Caruso, the billionaire American developer best known for creating The Grove shopping centre in Los Angeles, speaking to reporters outside Madeo Restaurant in Beverly Hills. Caruso responded to speculation he is planning to run for mayor of the city in 2013.When quizzed on whether he is likely to run, the developer said, "Maybe, we'll see.maybe". Asked whether he thought current mayor of Los Angeles Antonio Villaraigosa was going a good job, Rick replied, "I think that's sort of self-evident"
