Police officers ask the rapper Dr Geek to move away from the Japanese restaurant Katsuya in Hollywood where he is stood with his stereo blaring out.
He is seen to shake an officer's hand before moving away and going to speak with the paparazzi. He tells them that happens sometimes but he will be back again. Dr Geek is kitted out in his usual bizarre ensemble of a large fancy-dress hat with lots of chains and necklaces hanging from his neck.
The rapper is often seen loitering outside various restaurants and cafes freestyling and attempting to entertain the public.
